Georgia Property Kings - Lawn Care & Landscaping

WEATHER 

Inclement weather (including rain, high winds, lightning, snow, ice, and hail) will delay all scheduled services. Once the weather clears and it is safe to resume services, we will continue from where we left off before the weather delay. Services will be delayed for the duration of inclement weather in days. Lawns may require a cleanup service after heavy storms. These cleanups may be subject to additional charges based on the severity of the cleanup. These charges are automatically invoiced and billed separately from monthly payments, unless denied in advance. 


PETS 

Please pick up after your pets! Our equipment and workers do not enjoy being covered in waste, getting kicked up by the equipment. If the dog waste is excessive and interferes with service, then there will be an extra charge on the job's invoice between $10-$20. 


CLEAN YARD 

Toys, trash, or unnecessary obstacles from pets and kids are expected to be picked up so they are not destroyed by our equipment when maintaining the property. 


PICTURES 

Any pictures of work done on your property may be used for social media and marketing purposes. 


WIRES/LAWN DECORATIONS/INSECT & RODENT STATIONS 

If wires, lawn decorations, or landscape lights are unprotected, made of a weak material (i.e., plastic or glass), improperly or poorly installed/located, or not buried deep enough, then we will try our best to be mindful of them. However, we are not responsible for them as they should always be installed at a proper depth and location and be able to withstand routine maintenance on the landscape around them. Insect & rodent stations are no exception because they are made of plastic that becomes more brittle over the years. We are not responsible for any damage to insect & rodent stations from servicing the yard. 


SATISFACTION GUARANTEE 

If Georgia Property Kings does not complete the above services to your satisfaction, please notify us immediately. Allow 15 days for corrective action on the complaint to take place. 


TRAMPOLINES 

Georgia Property Kings will not be liable for any broken or unsecured trampolines. You assume all risks and injuries will not be the fault of Georgia Property Kings. 


RIGHT TO WORK 

Georgia Property Kings holds the right to halt or deny service for any reason. We will notify and accommodate the best we can. We do hope it never comes to that, and we will be able to maintain your property for a lifetime. 


PRICE INCREASES / INFLATION 

Prices are subject to increase, and a notice will be given by email to notify you of the change to be expected on the next billing date. If a price increase is more than 15% from your current monthly bill, then cancellation fees will be waived if cancellation of the contract is requested within 30 days of being notified. Otherwise, the cancellation fee is not waived. If cancellation is requested, any remaining balances on extra services completed will be invoiced separately. A price increase does not nullify or restart the service terms. 


CARE FOR WORK COMPLETED 

It is the client's responsibility to take care of their property after any work is completed by Georgia Property Kings. Once the estimate is accepted either verbally or digitally, you are assuming all responsibility for the care of any applications and installations, and will be prepared for the care of the work completed. If you need any more info on care, then you must ask to make sure you're prepared once work is completed. General care of seed, plants, or sod is to water them regularly to keep the ground and root zone moist to help germination or root development as needed. The first few months are the most important and will vary based on the temperature and time of year. 


MISSED SERVICES 

Any missed services due to a backup from weather or other factors that interfere when we come to service your property will result in a delay of services. Your job may be delayed to the following week or the next service date. There will be no partial refunds for any missed dates or delays due to weather or other impeding factors out of our control. Your property will be completed in the order it fell in before the delay, and if it is delayed to the following week, it will take priority. If you are on a weekly plan, in the months of April through December, your property should receive at least 4 services during the month. If you are on a Bi-Weekly plan, in the months of April through December, your property should receive at least 2 services during the month. 


MISSED/FAILED PAYMENTS 

No make-up services or refunds will be given if services have been paused due to faulty payments. The account will stay paused until payment is received. If your normal service date is missed due to a delinquent account, then services may be delayed until the next time we're in your area, which could be up to two weeks away. If service is requested sooner, then a fuel surcharge up to $100, if necessary, will be charged to the account for the extra drive time needed to service your property outside its normal route.
