Your service schedule depends on your location and our route. Bi-weekly plans are serviced approximately every two weeks, while weekly plans are serviced every week. We strive for consistency in scheduling, but please note that occasional variations of a day or more may occur due to weather or other factors.What is my property's bush trimming schedule?
The bush trimming schedule varies based on your chosen plan. Bronze Annual plans include trimming in April, July, and October. Silver Annual plans cover April, June, August, October, and December. Gold Annual and Pay-As-You-Go Full Property plans include monthly trimming from April through December. Please note that our Lawn Only Pay-As-You-Go Plan does not include bush trimming.How do I move forward?
After submitting an estimate request, we aim to provide the estimate within 48 business hours. For larger landscaping projects, it may take up to a few days. The complete estimate will be sent to your email, accompanied by a text notification. Upon acceptance, we'll send an agreement for your signature and a link to set up a card on file. Once these steps are completed, we'll schedule your service.What types of payment are accepted?
A credit card on file is required for all clients. For one-time services, we also accept Zelle and CashApp, but a card on file is still necessary. Annual Plan maintenance services are automatically charged to the card on file on the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on your sign-up date. Pay-As-You-Go maintenance services are charged to the card on file after each service completion.
